This is a hard one, but I chose the RTD Daleks seems as they are the ones I grew up with. Nonetheless, I love the classic Daleks! As for the Moffat Daleks, I can't really judge yet as we haven't seen them at their full power.

Mine has to be the RTD ones. I think its because these are the ones I first saw and they just look great!

I voted the Steven Moffat Daleks... They look more appealing, with all of their different colours and more complex names.

Hard to decide, but I do love the classic Dalek. I love their clumsiness and 'we will exterminate you but keep you alive at least until the next scene'. I also love the progression of the ray gun you see. It starts with just something on the gun moving, then progresses to a whole screen effect and then inversion. Then they invert it with a clear 'ray line' and then concentrate the inversion. It's brilliant to be able to see visual effects change over more than 20 years on Doctor Who in that little era. Brilliant.
