A Set of Instructions on How To Disable The Forum E-mailing You

If you wish to stop the forum notifying you about replies to a topic you have posted in, then simply:

1) Click 'Profile' in the bar beneath the forum title (next to Usergroups).
2) Click 'Preferences'.
3) Scroll down the page until you find this option:
Always notify me of replies :
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post. Yes No
4) Click no, save your changes, and that's it!

However, that setting does not apply to threads that you got e-mails from before you changed the setting. To disable them, go to profile, then Topic(s) I'm watching. Delete all the ones there, and you're done!
